I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day account of my experience with it. I'm hoping for some good changes over the next month.

As of today my current measurement are as follows:
  
      Body weight:   155.2 lbs
               Chest:   40"
               Waist:   34.75"
        Upper Arm:   13.5"
                 Hips:   38"
      Thigh @ 4":    17"
      Thigh @ 8":    21"
