After following London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge for 1 full week I took my measurents to see how I was doing
As of today my current measurement are as follows:
Body weight: 149.6 lbs
Chest: 38"
Waist: 33"
Upper Arm: 13.5"
Hips: 38"
Thigh @ 4": 16"
Thigh @ 8": 19"
